The “perfect cup of coffee”! Preference plays a huge role in making the perfect tasting cup but in our exploration we have found that the ratio we prefer and follow is 15 : 1 (water : coffee) Some tend more towards an 18:1 but again these are guidelines and can vary from person to person.

For pour over coffee using a Vario v60 and a 12oz cup at any of our events we

weigh out the ground coffee at 20g and pour 300 ml of water over the coffee. Voila! the “perfect cup”!
